Product Details

This RS PRO female-to-male SMA connector attaches two coaxial cables together while shielding them from electrical interference. It allows for an even transfer of both voltage and power thanks to its 50 ohm (Ω) impedance level.

The gold-plated beryllium copper contact material resists rust and corrosion, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable connection in harsh environments. As it has a broad operating temperature range of -65°C to +165°C, it can withstand the sharp rises or falls in temperature associated with electrical currents.

The connector is commonly applied to a printed circuit board (PCB) for radio frequency devices such as those used in laboratories, test and measurement devices or communications applications. It can also be used to connect global positioning systems (GPS), local area networks (LAN) and antennas.
